Al Ashram appointed main contractor for Taraf’s Palm Jumeirah project
Al Ashram has over 100 mixed-use, residential, and commercial projects in its portfolio spanning four decades
Taraf, the real estate division of Yas Holding, announced on Tuesday it has designated Al Ashram Contracting for its project on Palm Jumeirah.
The developer made the announcement in a statement, saying Al Ashram Contracting has been working in the UAE for over four decades and built a reputation as a trusted construction partner for key players in the nation’s private and public sectors.
“As we transform the vision for our iconic property Luce into reality, we continually endeavour to work closely with industry-leading partners. Together, we will shape the future of luxury living by redefining the standards of residential properties, said Taraf CEO Ahmad Shibel.
The contractor has over 00 infrastructure projects including residential and commercial developments.
Luce is located on the East Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. Launched in February 2023, the building’s design is inspired by nature, the beach, and the sand’s curves and organic lines, and takes its cues from the fluidity within both Dubai’s desert and seascapes.
The property encompasses a mix of luxury units with exclusive 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom units with sea views, along with a duplex and a penthouse.
Elegant modern facilities include a swimming pool, a children’s playing area, a gym equipped with the latest sports equipment, a recreation space for social gatherings with direct access to the beach.
